About Tim

I was admitted as a solicitor in 2011. Before I retrained and qualified, I worked in the public relations and marketing industry for eight years. I bring commercial awareness and business acumen to the role of legal adviser.

I am now a Partner and Head of Professional Negligence and Financial Fraud & Mis-Selling. I have substantial experience in handling professional negligence, and although I cover most of the traditional professions – and feel well placed to advise quickly and effectively in those areas – I have specialised in bringing group claims involving systemic mis-selling.
